[JURIST] Updating an earlier story on JURIST's Paper Chase, a federal judge late Tuesday denied the request of third-party candidates for a full recount of Ohio presidential ballots before the state had certified the election results. Judge James G. Carr in Toledo wrote that he sees no reason why the recount, to which the candidates are entitled under state law, cannot wait until Ohio has completed its official count.
