Iran assassination lawsuit revival ruling [DC Circuit]

Oveissi v. Islamic Republic of Iran, et al., US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, July 28, 2009 [holding that a US lawsuit against Iran over the 1984 assassination of former chief of the Iranian armed forces Gholam Oveissi in France by Hezbollah may proceed].
