Environmental Protection Agency et al., United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, August 29, 2006 [upholding a pesticide rule issued by the Environmental Protection Agency, saying that the regulation does not violate the Clean Air Act even though it may conflict with an international environmental treaty signed by the United States]. Cuba suspended from OAS

On January 22, 1962, the Organization of American States (OAS) suspended Cuba from the group following a communist revolution in the island nation. The OAS voted to reinstate Cuba on June 3, 2009, but the Cuban government rejected the offer almost immediately.
