Ruddock Thursday dismissed a new analysis by George Williams [UNSW profile], law professor at the University of New South Wales, that suggested Hicks could face domestic charges based on the Fourth Geneva Convention, the Crimes Act, and the Foreign Incursions and Recruitment Act. Ruddock says Williams' report doesn't cover any new ground.
