The panel, which consists of the fifteen permanent members of the UN Security Council [official website], made awards Thursday to the governments of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iran, and Jordan totaling over $366 million. The commission has processed more than 2.68 million claims over the past twelve years, which were funded by five percent of Iraq's oil sales.
