[JURIST] The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia [official website] unveiled charges Wednesday against retired General Rasim Delic, the wartime commander of the Bosnian Muslim army during the 1992-95 conflict. Delic, who is expected to surrender to the tribunal next week, faces charges for the murder and rape of Croats and Serbs by fighters under his command and for failing to prevent crimes at the Kamenica prison camp.
