[JURIST] AP is reporting that John Kerry has called President Bush to concede the Presidential race.
UPDATE: ABC News is reporting that Kerry will make a concession speech at 1 PM ET in Boston. As early as this morning, the Kerry campaign had maintained that it would wait for all ballots to be counted in Ohio, but the Bush lead there looks increasingly insurmountable. UPDATE 2: According to the New York Times, Kerry conceded in a call to Bush at the White House, congratulating him and telling him that it was time to "unify this country." The New York Times has more.
UPDATE 3: CBS News is reporting that President Bush will give a victory speech at 3 PM ET.
