BREAKING NEWS ~ Moussaoui jury reaches verdict Jeannie Shawl at 3:49 PM ET [JURIST] AP is reporting that the jury in the Zacarias Moussaoui [JURIST news archive] sentencing trial [case docket] has reached a verdict after deliberating for seven days. Moussaoui pleaded guilty [JURIST report] to six conspiracy charges [indictment] last year. The jury has already determined that Moussaoui is eligible for the death penalty [JURIST report] and Wednesday's verdict will decide whether he will be executed or will get life in prison instead.
