Rossi not appealing Washington gubernatorial ruling Krista-Ann Staley at 10:45 AM ET [JURIST] Washington state GOP gubernatorial candidate Dino Rossi [campaign website] announced late Monday that he would not appeal the ruling of a Washington state judge [JURIST report] upholding the heavily disputed 2004 gubernatorial election of Democratic Governor Christine Gregoire [official website].
