Khodorkovsky appeal not likely to be heard until September

[JURIST] Russian oil tycoon Mikhail Khodorkovsky, sentenced Tuesday to nine years [JURIST report] in jail for fraud and tax evasion, will appeal the verdict [Khodorkovsky statement] but his lawyers say they do not expect the appeal to be considered until September [RIA Novosti report] at the earliest.
