UPDATE ~ FL circuit court judge grants emergency stay in Schiavo case

[JURIST] AP is reporting that a Pinellas Circuit Court judge in Florida has issued an emergency stay to prevent the removal of Terri Schiavo's feeding tube until late Wednesday afternoon.
