[JURIST] AP is reporting that during a meeting [AP report] Thursday, President Bush and Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed that Iran should not be allowed to pursue nuclear weapons.

US soldier arrested for killing John Wilkes Booth

On April 26, 1865, Sergeant Thomas P. Corbett was placed under technical arrest for killing John Wilkes Booth, the assassin of President Abraham Lincoln.
