Judge orders Nader off Florida ballot Brandon Smith at 3:26 PM ET Circuit Judge P. Kevin Davey ruled Wednesday that Ralph Nader had to be removed from Florida's November ballot, finding that Nader's nominating party, the Reform Party, was not a legitimate party under Florida law. Judge Davey's ruling reinstated his temporary order last week keeping Nader off the ballot, which was suspended by Florida Secretary of State Glenda Hood's appeal. Link |
