UN Security Council to hold emergency session on Iraq

[JURIST] Press reports are saying that UN Security Council President Mamady Traore of Guinea, acting at the request of the Arab League and the Non-Aligned Movement, has called an open Security Council meeting on the Iraq war for 3 PM ET Wednesday.
