UK Attorney General: war against Iraq is legal

[JURIST] UK Attorney General, Lord Goldsmith, said in a written statement to the House of Lords Monday that military action against Iraq was legal even in the absence an additional UN Resolution: "Authority to use force against Iraq exists from the combined effect of resolutions 678, 687 and 1441."
