JURIST columnist re-opens Khmer Rouge genocide court talks in Cambodia

[JURIST] UN Legal Counsel and Under-Secretary-General for Legal Affairs Hans Corell met Thursday with Cambodian representatives to discuss how to proceed with negotiations on a draft agreement with the Cambodian government on the establishment of a special court to try cases arising from the Khmer Rouge "killing fields" genocide of the 1970s.
