War crimes tribunal confirmation of fugitive Albanian's arrest Bernard Hibbitts at 9:55 AM ET [JURIST] The International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia confirmed Wednesday that the fourth Albanian indicted for crimes committed at a KLA prison in Kosovo has been arrested by Slovenian authorities (not in Vienna as originally reported on VOA).
