US stay application in Moussaoui trial Bernard Hibbitts at 7:23 PM ET [JURIST] The US Government Friday applied for a stay in the trial of suspected terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui until a number of outstanding procedural issues are resolved by an appeals court.
